Meet Kostas and Giannis

Following a transformative a visit to Crete in 2023, where we had the pleasure of meeting cousins Kostas and Giannis, it became clear to us that a lasting partnership was on the horizon.

Kostas and Giannis love for nature and high-quality products drove them to start cultivating herbs and spices.

Inspired by Crete's rich tradition of utilising herbs for both culinary and medicinal purposes, they were determined to honour and preserve the ancestral cultivation methods passed down through generations of their family.

Embracing traditional organic farming techniques, Kostas and Giannis steer clear of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. Instead, they meticulously harvest their herbs and spices at the peak of their flavour and aroma, ensuring unparalleled quality.
